We arrived in Puno 6am in the morning with nowhere to go and we were welcomed in. Very clean and comfortable and has everything you will need! Great all round hospitality from the staff who greet you with a smile!

We stayed here for one night during September while passing through Puno. The staff were very friendly and happy to help. Very comfortable, spacious room with a private bathroom. A heater was also provided during this cold month. Would recommend!

We stayed only for 1 night, the staff was very kind and helpful. The room and bathroom was clean. We needed to leave early at the morning and still get our breakfast done. We also come early at the morning a lot before check in time and we still gwt our room.

Nice hotel for good price

We arrived in Puno and the hotel we hoped to stay was full. So we ended up at Cordelius. The room was clean and the bathroom was big but the room was quite cold. We checked out the surrounding areas and when we came back we had to wait for probably 10 minutes until someone opened the door.

We were hoping breakfast would be good but it was quite bad. Eating in the cold lobby some bad quality bread. We were happy to leave for another place.

not recomended - price too high for what you get

Not in a very central position. Staff rude and incomprehensible behavior, no solution to any problem raised. After the last harsh discussion,we decided to left the hotel and go to another. Disappointing.

Worst hotel ever

My girlfriend and I visited Puno and stayed here for 3 nights.  It was an interesting experience.  We are pretty sure that we were the only customers at this hotel.  We had to negotiate a breakfast time with the person at the desk.  The hotel was pretty cold -- maybe around 15 degrees Celsius.  We had to leave a space heater on for several hours for our room to warm up enough that we could sleep comfortably.  The water in the shower never really worked up.

There are plenty of hotels near the center of town.  Stay there instead.
