What a great campsite. We were there at the beginning of January for 4 nights. We loved the facilities- super clean kitchen and dining room. The toilet shower block were very clean and checked on throughout the day. The staff were lovely and you could pay for laundry using your card - brilliant!

A great stay

The parking site was a generous size with native planting behind it. Using the shower block was a pleasant experience with good hot water and daily cleaning ensuring the busy area was well kept.
Office staff were welcoming and accommodating.

Well run camp

Great value fully self contained cabin with everything you need! We found it spacious and clean to high standard. Highly recommend this friendly and efficient holiday park very handy to the lake in Wanaka.

Great value here

Awesome location, staff great when I wanted a quieter site, great facilities, great price ($27pn for motorhome with power) considering showers were free. Need to bla bla bla as won’t accept until I do 200 characters!!!

Fab location

The facilities are new and spacious. The kitchen is big with many work stations, stoves, ovens, sinks and many tables to sit. Everyone was enjoying and busy with their cooking. 
 The park also has a lovely playground for the kids.  The wifi was also good.  We enjoyed our 3 days stay in the power-campsite.

Clean well maintained park. Very well managed over the busy new year period. Great location and helpful friendly staff. The accommodation was as described on the website. Great location to the centre of Wanaka and the waterfront. 

Great stay

Great caravan park with modern facilities. The campervan parking area has some views of the lake (from a distance) and was nicely shaded. The amenities were all excellent with good bathrooms, laundry and kitchen. They also had free wifi which was pretty reasonable. 

We’d definitely stay again!

Great caravan park with good facilities

Booked a powered site while on the drive from Queenstown. Allocated a fantastic powered site on the boundary of the park where we could open the back doors of the van and look back to the lake and the mountains. Super clean, well maintained holiday park, sites not crammed together. Excellent very new facilities - huge kitchen/dining area. Only half of the new looking toilet/shower block open but no problem getting a shower or loo. Short walk into town across the park ar along the lakefront. Really nice people in the office. Very much recommended.

The perfect view from a great little holiday park

My friend and I stayed in a 2 bedroom bach which was more than adequate for our needs. Easy check in and friendly staff. The location was great - a short walk to the lakefront and town centre. The laundry and shared facilities all great. The bach itself was a bit older but the price reflects this. Definitely would recommend anyone visiting Wanaka to stay here.

Excellent value for money

Ey up the Wanaka Lakeview campsites rates amongst the best campsites we have ever stayed at. Position - perfect 10 minutes walk to town, facilities - well organised the kitchen/dining facilities are well thought out and extremely user friendly, ablutions plentiful, clean and well maintained (showers a tad narrow for a bigger fella) water hot and forceful. Staff friendly and helpful. A great place to stay - many thanks.
