I had 21 days of Pancakarma in June ans i must say that i am very happy with the result as i feel much lighter both in mind and body. The team is amazing, Dhana is a dear and Surita, Rasa and Krishna were all so attentive and kind. Sabina cooked delicious meals each day. I especially thank Dr. Akriti who had helped me to understand and practice Ayurveda as well helping me all matters during my panchakarma. I felt like home throughout my stay and i recommend the center to anyone trying to get back into balance in life.

21 Days Panchakarma

I heard about this amazing place from my colleague who had been there several times.I was greatly enchanted by the location of this treatment centre at the first place. Its serene and tranquil environment, moreover,easy accessibility was thumbs up for me. In addition, doctors and staff are very kind and cooperative highly dedicated and professional!!! As a whole, it is a best place for pacnchakarma and wellness and I highly recommend everyone to visit this place at least once in their life.

Amazing and relaxing experience

I booked a seven day panchakarma therapy at the Ajasrika Ayurveda Center in Nepal.

7 days is a very short time for panchakarma and I' m still spurprised about the benefits of these few days.

I feel much more relaxed and light, my skin became like a baby, I lost weight and my digestion work now properly.

The team and stuff is very warm, friendly, familar and caring well for their clients. All the treatments and cleansing procedures are on a high level with very good quality. I got consultations with the doctors and they gave me guidance with diet, yogapractise, pranayama and other good tools also for the time after the therapy at home to continue.

All working people there are familar, in a good mood and friendly, giving help and advice with all questions I had and helped very warmly going through all cleansing procedures so that it was easy to trust all treatments and the process.

The rooms are clean and nice and it is easy to get to the center by taxi from Kathmandu, Airport or Thamel. The district is quiet and clean outside the main city so that its easy to focus on the therapy.

I will next time come back for a longer period like 14-21 days. I can highly recomand this place if you want to get a panchakarma theraphy on a good professional level at a place where panchakarma tradition is still alive .

7 Day Panchakarma Therapy

I spent two weeks at Ajasrika center to learn ayurvedic massage and I had an beautiful experience. I learnt much more than expected, Dr Anila is the nicest person and a wonderful teacher in ayurvedic theory and yoga. Dhana is the greatest practical teacher full of amazing advices. Dr Kopila organised my stay very well too. All the staff is absolutly amazing, nice and really carring. (a little family) I was also lucky to experience massages and therapies such as nasya, shidohara, netra tarpana etc. All this treatements are incredible ! The accomodation is also beautiful and the ayurvedic food provide is so tasty ! I highly recommend this place either for training or retreat ! Thank you everyone for this lovely experience

Amazing training and panchakarma center

I had the opportunity to stay for two weeks in the center. It was a unique expierience. The quality of the treatment was excellent. I can recommend the massages and the yoga lessons. All staff member are genuine friendly. I really look forward to come back.
