They seriously dont know how to treat Guest.
 I booked this hotel for my friend, i booked a deluxe room with ac but when we went there the first thing i noticed was the bad sell of the room and it seems uncleaned.
there was dust on the tables and the ac was just for show. it didnt worked. 
the room was full of mold. 
i ask the manager to change the room he wasn't that helpful. he was saying it been while that you took a room why didn't you should've told me before now it already used. 
when i said i haven't use the room.it is as it is . Then he send someone to check the room and said lot of people do it they always  use the room and they will say they dont like it and goes without payment. and once the guys came and said everything was fine he asked him again to check washroom if ive done something there.
i was really embarrassed by that .
anyway we had to stay there because i prepaid for it and they would never refund it.
and they next morning my friend was charged 4000 rupee again because the front desk told them that room wasn't paid. 
when my friend told me they were charged for the room i went to hotel for refund because i paid room bills before they arrived and they said that they never charged my friends and they asked for receipt for the payment. 
  THIS HOTEL IS A DISASTER.

Worst Hotel

We have booked our stay with this hotel for one night by paying premium price for an AC Room, however, whole night there was a power trip due to which we have to sleep without AC and have to open our window.. 
And as a nightmare in the morning once we woke up and wanted to use the washroom then realize that there is no water in the hotel and upon checking the same with hotel staff received a very nice answer that the water supply will start in another half an hour, so we did not have proper sleep and have to hold on for the latrine as well. 
And upon check out there was no question asked about our stay experience and neither any effort or apology for the trouble...

Worst Experience

If you found this hotel in booking it looks like super luxury. But almost everything what is written there is a lie. If you asked for their spa, yoga room, and other things they just replied you like "yes it was but not anymore". Also, we were 24 hours without electricity and water incl. water in toilet for flush and I know it wasn't mistake by the hotel but nobody said any sorry any information nothing they just left us there without service but still, we paid a lot of money (comparing to other hotels in Kathmandu) not much professional

5 nights stay

By looking the photos i selected this hotel for my stay. i booked for 7 nights. When i checked in it was a disaster. they gave me uncleaned room and later they asked me to manage one night in different  hotel and on 2nd night they provided room in oyo 120 tayoma.
it was a disaster room was so small and it was looking like some horrer movies room
however they told me thats the only room they have so i had to stay.
so breakfast system was much more worst 
they didn't brief me that i had to take a coupen for breakfast so i had breakfast and they added those bills to my room however breakfast was included already .
so at the time of checking out they added 10% service charge and 13% vat and all the breakfast bills which i gad for 6 days . breakfast was included in room price and all those taxes were also included  when i booked through booking.com
i complained it to their manager but he ask me to pay a;ll those he was also same.
and finally who they said i did damage in their room and added 8000 NRS to my bill they said i damage their bed sheets.
all the team is a roobers there.
the girl from reception and manager all . 
dont ever go there.

Robbed

The hotel have a potential to get better,  it have a nice structure and place but i believe because of lack in information and management few things i have encountered could be done in a better way. 
1st. The lady receptionist doesn't know how to greet, i felt so cold from her side.
2nd. The information was given only for wifi and breakfast limitations 
3rd. As per the receptionist they don't offer In Room Dining 
4th. Need to have coupon for breakfast which doesn't make you feel like you are in hotel at this time in market. 
5th. The rooms wasn't even near to the picture which they showed while booking.
6th there was not any toiletries except tissue roll which is really basic nowdays.
7th. The waiter i saw there was only for informing the procedure....no assistants.

Could be improve if they want.

I came here for a short business visit.Rooms very nice .I liked the ambience .Breakfast was delicious..Plain congee .It was very nice plus it was a good selection too..Very clean plus budget friendly.would recommend it for any type of travelers.
