I know I'm sticking my head out by giving it 5 stars but I really liked it here. Arriving on the 6pm bus from Marrakesh I was glad to see the signs to it and get away from the hawkers. Entering the Riad I was pleased to see the prices clearly displayed. The Riad is the real deal in that it is made of earth and straw with a cool courtyard around which are the rooms. It is true that the first floor is incomplete and the paint partial but I just thought it added to the character. The room had cheerful rugs a comfy bed and the tiling and grout in the shower was new. There's a quiet garden at the back and the dining room is nicely furnished. Ahmed was a gentle, honest and generous host.
