Unfortunately I have a disappointing review to tell. 
I book a room with my friend in January whilst booking short noticed. We arrived have an hour later and found closed doors. Trying to call the number written on the door, nobody responded nor answered. We were waiting in front of the door until 21.00 when the check-in time stops. Tired from our journey we were forced to find another accommodation and they won't refund our money.
Later they contacted us, saying that the guy of the shift was staying on the roof and couldn't hear our telephone nor the knocking ...

Charming hotel in the Médina. You have to park your care outside. Lovely room and service!

A riad is breathtaking. This riad is a true historical monument with a very refined and high-class decoration. Nadia and Mohamed are discreet but always present for your slightest wishes. The rooms have come out of miles and nights. The terraces overlooking Lahdim Square are sublime. The breakfast is very original and plentiful. The accommodation is 2 steps away from Meknes Square by lively and friendly little streets. A haven of rejuvenation.

Let yourself be carried away in a dream

We spent one night here. It is well placed at the top of the entrance to the Medina. We were the only people staying there on the ground floor. The rooms are spacious but very mouldy and foosty and damp. Once the main door to the room is closed there is absolutely no air coming into the room. Staff are lovely and friendly

Quiet and great location close to the square. Tasteful traditional decor. A bit of a maze to arrive the first time but easy thereafter.

It's nice and the room was very good as well as the bathroom. The location is very good: behind the square of El-hedim (the epicenter of Mekness). The establishment is nice and the treatment is friendly, but not very hot. The breakfast is a little loose: just coffee or tea, bread and butter and jams and honey and a little fruit in a few pieces in a bowl, but nothing else. It was very expensive for me, but it was because I neglected the reservation and there were those days in Mekness an agricultural fair and everything was full.

It's in a good location.

The facility is clean and actually much much nicer than it appears in the photos. The Riad staff were polite, kind, and professional, but we found the overall experience was not as welcoming as other places we stayed, all the lights were out in the main areas after 7, and the whole place felt very hushed early in the evening.

Wonderfully restored riad in the Medina. Huge room, stylish design in the whole building, nice terrace with view over the main square, very good breakfast, kind staff. Close to lots of places to eat and drink. Short walk to the fruit and veggie market. 
The room had no air-conditioning, that is a minus when you travel to Morocco in winter, especially, with a small child. Despite it all, it was not very cod that night. 
Some might argue it is hard to find, but once you follow the arrows, it becomes easy and not too much inside the old town, so it appears to be safe to reach even at night.
Beautiful terrace, which you might not get to see in winter.It offers a view over the market square. 
Felloussia deserves a lot more than just a short stay in Meknes.

Despite the low price, some places are not very comfortable and, above all, are not well maintained. There is no ventilation to ensure a normal renewal of the air. Moisture on the walls and a strong smell of indoors. Access is difficult. Not convenient or comfortable. Very decent.

The glory of the past

Hotel location is excellent, the most of touristic places are near by walk.We stayed just one night, but we can say that the staff is very friendly and helpful.Room was clean, spacious and comfortable but it had a humidity smell and door did not locked from inside, but this was not a big deal and did not ruin the night.If you visit touristic sites in Meknes and you have to pay, do not give your ticket back to anybody for any reason, just keep it, and always ask for your ticket at the window. Some workers resale the tickets and take the government money.
