Absolutely the worst people I ever met, from the moment we checked in we were constantly pushed for cash and book everything through them(most were double the price any website was charging)
We booked a car for pickup through them which was triple the taxi price and it still did not arrive on time. When we tried to take the taxi on our own, their contact started fighting with taxi drivers to prevent us from going to Raid ourselves. 
At check out this gentleman who seemed to be the manager/owner's son started shouting at us , wanted us to pay cash even though our booking said they take credit card. After swiping 2 of my credit cards for payment they claimed they were both refused. Luckily I had one set up to send me notifications which I showed him was already charged. In Spite of showing proof he wouldn't let us leave for our flight. 
It was just me and my 20 year old daughter and we were terrified. We barely escaped, luckily an older taxi driver who was at taxi stand right outside helped us get away.
I recorded a big chunk of the incident on y phone, if it was US they would have been arrested for harassment.
Frankly at the time I wasn't sure if we would even make it out of country alive. I was shaking my daughter was crying It's safe to say we will never be setting a foot in this country again. Our amazing experience of this country and the people turned into a nightmare.
My advice especially if you are only women travelling, absolutely DO NOT stay in any of the Riads, it probably will be safer to stay in some big hotel chain hotel to be safe.


Absolutely the worst, rude and unsafe property.

Beautiful villa with plenty of rooms to accommodate a big group. Staffs are very friendly and professional. I would like say a special thanks to Salim who helped us with everything we needed and always there to assist during our 7 days stay. We had a lot of fun in the swimming pool, balconies etc. It was our first visit in Morocco and we felt welcomed in this villa from the first day till last day.

We booked the villa for a large group of friends, the place is amazing with a swimming pool, rooftop chill out areas. The rooms are very unique and very comfortable to sleep in. The best part of our stay at this villa was a a man named Salim who was very kind to us and made sure to help us with anything he can. He was always available for us and he was very kind. I would definitely recommend this villa for large groups or big family trips in Marrakech!

AMAZING VILLA IN THE HEART OF MARRAKECH!

Where should i start from the villa or Salim who stays there and is very helpful and there to equip all your needs.

Villa itself from entrance to rooms and pool all immaculate clean and tidy, beautiful decorated villa for friends to stay or family or a couple they can accommodate all. 

Once again a beautiful place to stay and very helpful person (Salim) who stays there, not enough words to praise Salim for the helps he has given.

Beautiful palace

The villa is in a nice place with private pool for you and your friends. The staffs were amazing especially Salim who helped a lot and got on with everyone and participated with the pranks. The manager also listened to us and did what we asked.

We stayed here 3 night and we really enjoyed being in this house. It is located outside the crowd of the city in a residential area. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms and the halls are authentically designed. There are several lounges in the house to relax. The bus stops to the old medina are at 3 minutes walk. We think there is one point of improvement and that is breakfast. Breakfast was poor with only bread and pancakes with jams and butter. The coffee and tea were good but the orange juice was not freshly prepared. But all by all we felt welcome at this place and we thank the staff for their extreme kindness and for being their guests.

Beautiful authentic Riad

Booked a room here based on the positive reviews on this site. The hotel is good if you want to be away from the noise and traffic of the Medina area as it's not too far to walk to the tourist spots. It's also very close to the YSL museum and the Majorelle Gardens. However, there were a couple of minus points during my stay - whilst it was reasonably warm during the day in Marrakech the temperatures dropped significantly to single figures in the evening. The A/C in the room was meant to heat as well as chill. However, it failed to keep up to the task of warming the room. I did mention it several times to the front desk staff but things were only properly sorted by day four of my trip. Also, when I first arrived I ordered a small can of beer. On checking out I found out how much it cost - €4. If you stay here and fancy some alcohol you're better off buying it from the Mini Marche Majorelle which is just a few minutes walk away. There the same beer will  cost you €1.

Quiet hotel, disappointing service.

As a family of 15, we stayed in La villa bleue for 5 nights to celebrate a family wedding. The place was amazing - spacious, well-equipped but the greatest value lay in the service provided by Said and his team. Said was extremely efficient, discreet and provided answers and solutions to all our requests, all with a smile and real desire to make us feel at home. Absolutely perfect! The meals we had there were also of an extremely high quality.

Amazing villa, top-class service, a home from home

A group of 15 of us extended family stayed here for the week and really enjoyed it . Victor, Siham and Mohammed were so nice to us and we can’t praise their hospitality enough. Every question about the holiday was answered online very quickly prior to arrival. Also at the villa they were very accommodating to all our needs, they arranged the taxis and excursions. The breakfast was great and the lovely fresh orange juice is something we won’t forget. The villa is much bigger than what we expected from the pictures and the pool was really big compared to other riads we looked at prior to booking. Only thing I would say is that it was really deep so definitely need arm bands for children and we bought some pool rings as well. In terms of the privacy we were worried at first having other people at the villa; we’ve been on other villa holidays where theres not been any managers around and we just collected the keys but having victor, siham and mohammed there was no problem at all, they went about they’re own jobs, didn’t even look twice if we were laughing about something and it was such a help having them there. The location wasn’t bad as it was a quite neighbourhood so not too busy but at the same time wasn’t a very close walking distance to many of the main sites. However it didn’t really matter to us because it was about 10 mins taxi ride to Gueliz centre and maybe about 20 mins to the markets and taxis are cheap. It was close to local shops and food places so convenient in that sense. I would definitely recommend venturing out of marrakesh as well, we travelled to Casablanca for a day trip to visit the mosque and the beach and then to ouzoud falls another day. Honestly such amazing sights to visit and the journey was so easy; we got a mini bus and had a great time together. Overall very pleased with our stay here and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a group holiday in marrakesh.

The riad was absolutely amazing.

We were a group of 9 celebrating a birthday. We had a fantastic stay at the Riad villa Bleue. Victor, who I correspond with before arrival, answered within minutes. Arranging for all our wishes from birthday cake to projector, nothing seemed impossible! 
During our stay he was the perfect host - organizing, advising even walked with us to the medina showing us the best pathway. He was amazing with his honest and professional approach.
We enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood close to Majorelle, the authentic charm this riad owes, the tasty breakfast and the special service their knowledge and true engagement offered us. 

This combination is hard to find in Marrakesh! I truly and highly recommend a stay at Riad villa Bleue.
