BE CAREFUL, SCAMMERS!

the owners asked to pay extra on arrival, 
extremely dirty room, 
outdated furniture, 
rude owners, 
no invoice
tourism tax is included in the price, but the owners did not pay it to the authorities, so we got fined at the border back home.

We booked this place for a few days to relax and work. For work we need internet, as it's digital, and this place advertised with free internet everywhere in the hotel. This is a lie!!! No internet at all. The owner said we should buy a simcard. No, he should stop his false advertising and make sure there's internet available if that's what is in the listing. I tried to negotiate as adults and offer him the opportunity to get us a simcard we could create a hotspot with during our stay... but he wanted us to pay for that. Doesn't matter what the price is, this is a matter of principle: he should arrange and pay that, not us. He lied, not us.

We left and stayed somewhere better. Not this place which looks like someone is going to harvest your organs at night.

Avoid avoid avoid

There were no towels, no toilet paper and no warm water! We got dirty bed sheets. The room was really cold. There were a lot of spiders and spider webs everywhere. The fridge wasn't working. The owner looked annoyed because we booked so late (around 6pm) and he wanted us to pay him more!

Terrible and not worth the money

Удобства в номере не соответствуют заявленным. Нет элементарного: туалетной бумаги, полотенец. Что говорить уже о шампуне и мыле.... Грязно и в номере и на территории. Интернета нет. Телевизоров нет вообще...
Хозяева не следят за порядком. Шумные компании кричат и шумят до 5 утра. 
Хозяева не выполняют обещаний. 
Оплату требуют вперед. 
Facilities in the room do not match the stated. There is no elementary: toilet paper, towels. What can I say about shampoo and soap .... It's dirty in the room and in the territory. There is no Internet. There are no TVs at all ...
The hosts do not follow the order. Noisy companies scream and make noises until 5 am.
The hosts do not fulfill their promises.
Payment is required forwards.

If you want to spoil the rest- welcome to Perezai 2 (Ulcine)

Dirty, bad smell, no towels, no toilet paper, room booked with tv but tv isn't here, long and black hair in the bathtub. All night the fridge was noisy! Nobody from the owner part here at the check in, we must call and wait him. Big mistake to book this place.

Terrible

Very nice new apartments/rooms, equipped with a small kitchenette and nicely done bathroom (although the water pressure was low and one evening there was no water from 5 PM until 11 PM). Plenty of parking space and quite good location for access to the new bridge to Plazha e Madhe and Shtoj. Temperamental WiFi only available on the ground floor next to the router
