Fourteen of us were able to travel as a family to Hard Rock Cancun. From the delicious food to the engaging activities like the foam parties and water volleyball, from the evening shows to the morning made-to-order coffees, from the beautiful beaches and hoppin’ pools to the impressive kids area, our time could not have been better. What really made the experience over the top for us was the prompt, kind, professional, and incredible service from people like Roberto and Hector. They served us around the clock to answer our questions and set us up with whatever we needed. Every interaction with them was courteous, compassionate, and helpful. We also had wonderful poolside service from Jesus and Tacho, and Jessica. We also had remarkable table service multiple times at the steakhouse from Christian. We are so grateful for the hospitality and the beautiful accommodations during our stay. We can’t wait to go back!
