What a fantastic hotel. I really enjoyed my stay. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient and they greeted us every time we entered or left the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, I must add the mushrooms were the best cooked mushrooms I have ever had,m compliments to the chef. The waiting staff were extremely polite and efficient, especially Martin and Marko. The hotel is spotless and i even noticed a cleaner on her hands and knees cleaning, the cleaning staff are fantastic. The hotel is well situated for nearby shops, restaurants and bars. Another plus are the tea and coffee making facilities provided in the room. What more can I say , the staff at the Osborne are a credit to their employers and awarded for their work ethic. Do not hesitate to book this hotel .... you will love it.
