This was my first visit to thulusdhoo surf point, I've been to Lohis surf break, compared to lhois it's very small and too crowded. The waves are moderate you'll not get bigger ones. Very rarely it comes . It's good place for the beginners. If you are coming to stay in thulusdhoo accommodation options are very near by within 50mtr you can find your accommodation in very cheaper rate that too they will provide speed boat if necessary. This is good place to do snorkeling when waves are very low. So beginners this will be a perfect fit

Best place for the beginners

The island is peaceful and completely natural. One must sit in the beach to feel it. The sea level is so close to ground, sometimes its terrifying to think what will happen during high tide. Visit whole island, you wont be able to differentiate between rich and poor.
Didn't surf in Thulusdhoo though.

Natural beauty

We had to find different places for meals on Thulusdhoo and this was one of the dining places.

You need to order in advance as they only prepare enough for those who pre-order. Order at breakfast for lunch, order at lunch for dinner.

We had lunch and it was Maldivian style.  Tuna fish with grated coconut and a bit of spice. Lots of pita bread pockets- 5 large pieces each with salad and all the water you can drink. USD $8 per pax. Tasty and nutritious.

This place is on the beach and it's s perfect place to catch surfers on chicken island and cokes surf point all day.

Shady area with minimal seats. No more umbrella and deck chairs like in the photos.
