I stayed here in September 2012 and I have to say that it was sufficient for me but I wouldn't recommend it to anybody. There was a hot shower but I stayed for almost a week with a colleague while our company was working out some more permanent accommodation and it was very cramped in the room for two people living out of suitcases. 

Pros:
Hot shower
Air con
Relatively clean sheets
Clean Toilet
Good Wifi Connection

Cons:
Very small twin room
No fridge
No breakfast area
Staff don't really speak any english
Not in a nice area
Not in an area close to KL (about 25 RM in a metered cab)

Overall sufficient to stay short term but not exactly ideal.

OK stay

I have stayed here because of its near with my spouse location. my 1st time stayed here, the block got blackout for few hours..plus there is mosquito when we open the window for fresh air since aircond didnt work..the suitable price for this hotel is RM70-80..not RM 100 over because the room is small and old furnished..plus the worst thing it is hard to find a parking site because it is located in upper floor of shop house..and the traffic at the location is always jam..if you want to check ini during the daytime, think twise of finding for parking..its a chaos..
