I paid 65 RM per night. I booked at agoda but that was almost the same price as offered directly at the hotel. I had a standard single room in the first floor. Unfortunately it was the first room right after everyone goes upstairs so I could hear everyone going up, but luckily I've got a good sleep so I didn't really care. 

The room itself is tiny but fine if you are alone and just use the room to sleep. 
The shower was a bit broken so be prepared that once you turn on the water it will come out of several areas. Also the seek was a bit broken, whenever I turned on the water it also came out on the floor since it leaked a bit on the ground part. 

If you need room service you need to tell them, they don't do it without telling them. After the room service they luckily changed the bedding since they were not really clean. The second ones were better but not big enough for the mattress. 

Anyway, I really recommend if you just stay for sleeping. Air-condition worked well, location is great (richt opposite of the Asia city and next to a convenient store, just 20 minutes walk to Jesselton point where all ferries leave to the island state, 7 minutes to the waterfront where you can find nice bars and restaurant)

The staff was also nice although not everyone could speak English. But whenever I asked for something they could help me. They also offer towels which were not new but okay for the beach. 

If you want to save money and prefer spending it for other things then this place is the right place.

Okay for that price

Middle of town hotel, very nice facility and room with very helpful staffs. Evening market to test your skill in bargaining just downstairs from clothing, wallets, watches, shoes and ornamental. Tips bargain 50% of the price offer. Hold your ground and you will not regret it. Across the road is the Philippines market cum night food market. BBQ seafood for your appetite.
