We were in 25 apartment - Grand apartment with terrace on the first floor. This place is near Basanavičius street (Central Palanga street), so it is in the centre of Palanga. It was clean and the owners really nice! But the flat is a bit cold, it was a minus, because we were on May, but if the summer is hot it can be a plus!! We were with the dog, so terrace was the best place for him and also we could eat breakfast or drink coffee there! To sum up, really good place to stay in Palanga!
