Great guesthouse, perfectly located on the main street and clean. However, roosters out the back start from 5:30am every morning without fail so bring ear plugs!

Fab stay

Excellent, very nice and clean. owner was very helpful with local knowledge and travel information. Very good friendly staff. Cannot be beat in this price range.

an old style hotel, room with air cond (silent and cold), tv, water heater, provide a bottle of water, can refill the water near the counter (even hot water can requested with FOC), bed is hard but nice to sleep, quiet room. only towel n soup provided. boss can speak chinese, very friendly and helpful. staff can speak some english, restaurants just outside the hotel and the cheapest along the sivangvong road for breakfast or other meals. night market walking distance, massage centre, currency exchange booth, ATM and mini mart just outside the hotel. the only con is no elevators. the elders can request the room at ground floor.

nice and comfort hotel

Lovely location and spare but nice rooms. Very good value for. Only. Staff is kind and helpful but spoke very limited English, which was challenging at times.

I can not complain to much because this is the cheapest Hotel in Luang Prabang. The location is the best in the Main Street but the higieníc is not the priority of the management. The room and bathroom are not very clean, WiFi is terrible and the TV have only 2 channels in English. The staff seems to be nice but speak very little english. For a few days if you want a cheap please to sleep I guess is Okay. Personally I will not stay there again and I am planning to return to Luang Prabang. Amazing city.

You get what you pay!!!

Stayed in this place for just one night on the way back from Phonsavan. I was given a triple room ie. one double bed and one single bed. The size of the room(No.15) shouldn't post any problem for three persons with pack. The bath room is quite big as well and the hot water pressure was adequate. The hall facing windows are screened but there is NO natural day light. The TV reception is lousy but no one comes to Laos to watch TV!.
Hot and cold water and coffee(instant) are provided FOC. Same applied to everywhere I had stayed in the country.
Will stay again.

Just one night

Nice guest house with comfortable bed, good reliable wifi and hot water in the shower. What more could you need? (I stayed right next to reception though so not sure if the wifi signal is as strong throughout the grounds).

Six of us stayed at this SACKARINH hotel for 4 nights n had a wonderful time. Hotel is strategically located as only 5 min walk to d trailhead of Phousi Hill, Royal Palace n 2 min to the night market. 
The hotel staff is helpful although there is a language barrier. The room is quite clean n not noisy at night for a peaceful rest at night. It is also 1 min walk to witness the religious alms giving. Will stay here again in future for Luang Prabang trip.

Strategic n Convenient !!!

Good location and very good for a low prize.Guesthouse is easy to find and easy to get there.
