What was good

We had a stay in a stunning location with breathtaking views that truly capture the beauty of the area. The staff at the lobby, especially one gentleman, was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making our experience more comfortable. However, we believe there is room for improvement, particularly with the breakfast, which did not meet expectations. It was served cold and didn’t match the high standards of the place. Additionally, we felt uncomfortable when being repeatedly asked for tips before receiving assistance with our luggage. With some adjustments, especially in breakfast quality and customer service training, this place has great potential to be exceptional.
