I’m just basing my review on the Seaview restaurant which was very nice. We sat outside and ordered burgers which were very tasty and a great price! The staff were friendly too. Indoor seating was also available but it was nice to be able to sit outdoors in the sun.

Seaview restaurant is nice

The hotel was terrible. Our room was so dirty. The seets were the same with the previous costumer and i found hair on them. Firstly we didnt have even towels. Also all the walls were extremely dirty.

Don't stay there

DO NOT STAY HERE! I guess you get what you pay for! The room was nasty! There was stains on the bedding, hair on the pillowcase and the entire bathroom smelled like urine. We went to the front desk and were told there were no other rooms. We requested new bedding but they never brought it to the room. This hotel is nothing like the pictures shown!

We spent two nights and hired three rooms in this hotel last week, during our trip to Jordan, with the aim of diving in the Red Sea.

It is an understatement to say that the photos published by the owner are at least mendacious compared to the reality of the place!

The hotel is little or not maintained, the rooms are dirty, the cleanliness of the bedding is just acceptable if you do not look too closely, not speaking of the furniture on which I would advise you not to sit.  
The sanitary facilities are deficient (flowing toilet, leaking shower and sink).
If you plan to spend several nights here, also know that beds and cleaning will never be done.

If you hope to find some peace in this hotel, think again! 
The hotel is located along one of Aqaba's main boulevards, constantly jammed by numerous cars and trucks and filled with street noise (untimely horns, screaming music in cars, vociferous passersby) from dusk to dawn. 
Moreover, impossible to close the windows, given the state of disrepair of the chassis, which hold together miraculously ...
Be aware that indoor soundproofing is no better, that the most residents are very noisy and do not hesitate to squat the floor halls to chat or watch music videos on their phones at maximum volume.

The services offered by the hotel on Tripadvisor and Booking are inaccurate; no restaurant (not even breakfast), no pool, no private parking, weak and deficient wi-fi.

I strongly advise against this hotel that deserves a retrogression of its rating.

Dust, noise and dirt...

We probably get what we paid for. But the pictures are misleading. Pictures show that there is a seaview and space to move about but the truth is it is not.First, the towels provided are dirty and stained. Even after changing for "new one", there was visible dirt on it. Fortunately we had our own towels.Second, the bedsheet itself was dirty with sand still ontop of it. Not sure if it was even serviced. Third, the wardrobe and table, you can see a layer of dust, on top of it and inside the wardrobe itself. Its quite a clear sign of their lack of maintenance.Fourth, the toilet amenities: there was left over soap and toiletries from the previous customers and when the staff saw it, he took away the fresh set and left us with the left over amenities.The hotel described themselves as having a nice view (sea view), but when you open the window, you only see a wall. nothing else!The room itself was so cram that there is almost no walking space from the bed to the wardrobe nor the the toilet.

Nice place to stay at, TV not working, stuff nice although not speaking much English. Close to sea, close to shops, far away from resorts and tourists.

Worst hotel stay ever - we had a family room for 5. It was dirty, the linen wasnt clean and the toilet/bath was also kaos. 
The only good to say is the location in the heart of Aqaba and the Wifi who Worked fine.

Fantastic location in downtown Aqaba. great reception staff and very quick check-ups, large rooms and many shops and restaurants around
The beach is on the other side of the bus station 5 minutes by foot. For a price of 60 JOD for 6 people is great

Overnight

This hotel is not non-smoking! I booked a non-smoking family room for three adults and two children. I prepaid through a popular travel app that “wasn’t” Trip Advisor. When we arrived to the property our first room smelled of smoke and had ash trays in the room.  The lobby also had cigarette filled ashtrays. After seeing several other rooms that were all the same we could not stay. No big deal we’ll find another hotel. We were told upon leaving we would receive a refund through the travel app. However, I later called the travel app company and they tried to confirm the refund and was told no refund. After another attempt by the travel company I was issued a fifty percent refund. I was so frustrated that people could be so dishonest and then basically steal your money. I was lied to about the rooms being nonsmoking and I was lied to about the refund. This hotel has dishonest business practices and I would highly recommend staying somewhere else. The showers were filthy as well. Just don’t stay here find somewhere else!
