As a foreigner working mostly in Japan, it can be hard to find a good place to enjoy a drink at the hotel you're staying in. Shaggy Bar at the Green Hotel is a refreshing surprise for many "small" Japanese hotels. First and foremost... the (Scotch) whisky selection is great! The service is very good. And most nights they have a talented guitarist playing. (The hotel is acceptable and reasonably priced, but this review is for the Bar only)
