Loved traditional styled Japanese hotel. Have read bad reviews saying staff don’t speak English and are not friendly, but that is not fair. They might not speak English (but are they obligated to speak English? No!), but we found them very polite and sweet. Before you complained, check your manners. The price included breakfast and dinner. The dinner was traditional and it was so much! Breakfast was a buffet style. Delicious! We heard that they grow some of vegetables they serve.
