1 reviewWe stayed here for 10 days, and other than not being able to find the hotel initially (if you travel by subway to Otsuka, take the exit to your right as you exit, next to the bakery makes everything much easier!). The rooms were clean and comfortable, but basic, which is all we wanted. The showers were good (good water pressure, amazing!). It was quite quiet, the area is nice, and the rest of Tokyo is easily accessible from the local station. If you want to sleep late, definitely bring an eye mask, as the sun shines through the windows in the morning and will wake you up (an aspect I liked, but it isn't for everyone). The manager seemed nice when we met him, but had no dealings with him after having checked in. We were sad to leave our little room at the end of the trip, and would definitely recommend Belle Via!
