Extremely bad experience. The hotel is run by an old lady who speaks no english at all, but worst of all she does not have the patience or kindness to treat with foreigners and make herself understood.
We arrived almost at 12 am to the hotel (which we asked first if it was ok) and we were received by this woman. She completely refused to charge us with card, which the hotel site says payment with credit and debit is accepted. Since we had no cash, it was imposible for us to pay, ATMs only open during the day. She was ready to leave us sleeping on the street, we had no other option at this hour, we had to beg to let us pay on the next morning.
In the end we had to pay extra commission for cashing out on a supermarket, only because she refused to accept cards.
She was extremely unkind to us, after a long day of travelling, the least we wanted was to be dealing with this kind of situation. 
I will never ever stay at this hotel, we almost lost our flight because of this.

Terrible stay

After arriving at Narita airport in the evening, I stayed at their semi double room with my daughter for our morning flight from Haneda airport next day. The old lady at the reception in the evening wasn't good mood but another old lady there in the morning was really friendly.
The room was quite basic yet clean and we had relaxing time on the tatami floor. They had powdered green tea, a wee electric jug (enough size for a cup of tea or noodle), a wee fridge (also enough size for food from convenience stores), a hair dryer, towels, yukatas, all shower amenities incl. toothbrushes. They also had an communal microwave each floor.
I found someone's talking sound from the corridor at night time - seems a bit thin wall.
It was quite convenient location from Haneda, esp. with a small child and a big suitcase.
Overall, it was worth for the price so would like to stay there again.

Clean and convenient

This place is just what we needed after arriving on a late flight (when Haneda public transport had shut down leaving only taxis). The taxi cost only ¥1200 at 01:30, the hotel staff member spoke zero English but no problem as booking.com had been in touch with them on our behalf to advise of the late check in etc... A lady came out in her robe to give us our key. Furnishings are basic but comfortable and a nice experience... Mattresses and bean pillows on tatami mats. Approx £90 for a triple room, we were very happy.

Basic and spot on

This hotel is a very good choice if you nead to stay near Haneda Airport. The room is clean and nice and has ensuite bathroom. The breakfast was not included, but it is not very expensive. It is located very near the train station and it takes about 1 hour to get to central Tokyo and 5 minutes to the airport.

Hotel Baigetsu

We stay here with our three children whenever we're passing through Haneda Airport.  They have a large family room with futons and yukata and there's an ensuite bathroom with tub and shower--a must before or after a long summer flight!  It is very easy to walk from the train station, and they have a shuttle to the airport.  There's a great noodle shop between Sangyo Road and the Yokohane Expressway--definitely worth the 15-minute walk.  They'll keep your luggage for you if you're too early to check-in.  Pretty bare-bones, but has all the essentials--no smoking, clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and relatively inexpensive.
