We had to stay here for almost a month due to a family member having a medical emergency. The rooms are basic but always clean and staff very friendly but with limited English (we are ok with this). Easy to travel by train to Sapporo and to Otaru. Hotel is close to large supermarket and bus to Teine ski slopes is outside front door. There are a few local Izakaya sand Yakitori that open up early evening. We will always a soft spot for this hotel but it is very hard to get a booking online.
