My husband and I rode our bikes from Tokyo to Tokorozawa and really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, very clean and traditional hotel located on the side of a reservoir. The staff were very friendly and helpful so even though they did not speak much English, we had no problems communicating. The public bath was so relaxing after a long bike ride. This is a great area for cycling and walking. The room was large with an amazing view of the reservoir. The en-suite bathroom was clean and amenities were provided. We requested a vegan breakfast when we made the booking and it was really delicious - much better than we had expected! The staff at check in and breakfast were great. It was a perfect escape from the city and well worth the cost.
