We stayed here on 14 May for the first night of our Japan tour. We were booked in a quiet, comfortable, large room on the 26th floor with a nice outlook over the city. But what really made our stay special was the care and assistance from the Manager at the Folk Kitchen restaurant when we checked in for our dinner. I had emailed the hotel a few weeks before our travel and been advised that the hotel could accommodate my dietary restriction and to talk to the restaurant manager. After a discussion with her and the chef I was served a beautfully presented and tasty fish dish. They also discussed my next morning’s breakfast and again, a lovely plate was prepared for me. All I can say is WOW and thank you Hilton – one of the best hotel dining experiences for this coeliac yet!
