The staff is extremely kind, our room was beautiful and very clean. It was much larger than I was expecting ( we stayed in a deluxe) and I enjoyed the separate shower/ soaker tub room. With our room it included the breakfast which was made fresh including a standard Japanese breakfast and Great coffee. My mother and I had no complaints and enjoyed seeing the traditional Japanese wedding they had going on during our stay. A family restaurant is across one street, a 100 Yen store across the other street and walking distance to many convenience stores. Highly recommended to a new traveler in Japan. Enjoy the peace and quiet this is something that stuck out to us :) 

It was our first time in Japan and the hotel set a great standard!

I am from India . I stayed at this hotel along with my work mates way back in 1994 august when we were there at Japan as part of training with Toshiba Machine Company . The stay was very nice. The hotel people were very courteous. 

The service was excellent , neat and clean .. would recommend the same to anyone who has to stay at Numazu...

My stay

We spent one night at this hotel. The room size is small, so is the size of the bathroom really small. They provide you with the basic amenities like hair dryer but no kettle in the rooms. Our room was smelly and felt very stuffy, so we just opened the window at night.. of course then we had a lot of sound coming from the road outside .
Breakfast was decent but hardly much variety in the food! All in all, a basic hotel... decent for travellers on a budget!!
