My stay at Shisui was a highlight of my trip to Japan. Of the five hotels I stayed at during my journey, this was, without comparison, my absolute favorite. The staff are incredibly courteous and provide exemplary service. Issei is an asset! I would highly recommend a room with a private Onsen. The design, décor, ambiance, food, and location of this hotel are the best in Nara.
