Azeiria Iizuna

We just spent 9 nights staying here whilst doing Luge training. The hotel staff could not be more helpful although English was a problem at times. They even paid to a taxi at 10.30pm to go and pick up another family member from Nagano station. We stayed in one of the huge disabled rooms. The only problem was the strange shower which you had to keep pressing button for the water to keep going. The food was buffet breakfast and dinner and a set meal for lunch each day. The food was great especially the lunches. There is a shop with snacks etc. It has an onsen on site that the children used and said it was great. We will be going back next year.
