Miyukinomori Youth Hostel

I am fortunate and extremely luck to stay 高社山麓みゆきの杜ユースホステル for my holidays in Iiyama. This is not an ordinary hostel, it is a home. It is cute, cosy, warm and welcoming. It is run by Mr Nkamura and his wife. They look after and care about every guest who comes to stay with them. The foods they served are proper home cooked; excellent and delicious. Mr Nakamura is passionate about building train models, the display in the lobby is impressive and fascinating. With Mr Nakamura' s supports and helps, I was able to complete Shinetsu Trail within 3 days, what an amazing host he is. He generously shares his local knowledge with everyone to make sure you enjoy your time here. When you need a help, he is always there willing to lend his hands for you. He helps you to plan the best routes for the places you want to visit. What's a great hospitality, it is a place you would love to come back again and again.
