Know Before You Go

• Children 5 years old and younger are not permitted at this property.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

We have included all charges provided to us by the property. However, charges can vary, for example, based on length of stay or the room you book.

The destination fee comprises the mandatory Hot Springs tax and is charged to guests age 12 and older, collected at the property. The mandatory destination fee is JPY 150 per person, per night, until March 31, 2019. As of April 1, 2019, this fee will vary based on the nightly room rate. Guests booked in room rates under JPY 50,001 per night are charged JPY 250 per person, per night. Guests booked in room rates over JPY 50,001 per night are charged JPY 500 per person, per night.
