View? Exceptional. Comfort? Superb. Clean? Unbeatable. Cordiality? Unbeatable. Quiet? Absolutely. A few minutes' walk from the city centre, it is certainly the best choice that combines all the needs of the traveler.

It's a beautiful building just a short walk from the fantastic lake. Very well maintained rooms with enchanting views. What about the owners?

A Fairy Tale

If we take away the beautiful huge terraces with a beautiful view of the lake, the rooms are sadly decorated, the tiny bathroom, and the breakfast makes it creepy.

Weekend at the lake

The owners are nice and friendly, very affordable. Modest prices. Excellent service is located in a wonderful place with breathtaking views, if you want to relax it is the ideal place for couples and families.

A relaxing week.

With deliberate timing to extend our Summer we booked a 10-day stay at the Terrazza. Built deck-like fashion in white and yellow, the house shines out over the western end of the engaging and beguiling promenade of the utterly charming Trevignano Romano. Ten strides from the house and you're in the clean, clear and warm water of Lake Bracciano, while over the back of the house looms a perfect, pine-covered mountain. Stunning views all round then. In addition our apartment came with a sheltered garden, patio and orange tree under which many a lunch was enjoyed. The accommodation was modern, smartly decorated with paintings, and had an excellent kitchen, luxurious bathroom, large bedroom and a wide, comfortable lounge with sofa-bed and large flat-screen tv. Bags of cupboard space, too.A colourful breakfast of scrambled eggs, cold meats, cheese, pastries, croissants,yoghurt, fruit, toast, tarts and cakes - all supervised by the mother of owner, Roberta - was taken in a panoramic breakfast room.  It all made for a most relaxing stay.

It was enough to stay in this b&b for a day and a night to give 5 stars. The owners Alessio and Roberta were extremely welcoming and kind.

The B&B is beautifully situated by the lake and the rooms with sea views have a great view of the huge terrace. The facility offers no other features and is average. Parking on the property and secured. The breakfast on the beautiful but directly on the street terrace could offer even more choice.

I can't recommend this B&B more highly! We have recently returned from a 6 night stay and La Terrazza Sul Lago was perfect! The location is fantastic, easy walking distance to everything you need, restaurants, supermarkets, ATM and much more. 
If you like sunbathing I would definitely recommend paying the extra for the lake view terrace rooms as they not only provide an idyllic view but have the sun on them all day. 
The service was great, friendly but laid back which suited us perfectly.
After spending 6 days in Trevignano Romano I can honestly say that I did not see any accommodation that even came close to this one!!  

Perfect place for a relaxing break

My husband and I had the pleasure of spending a week here over Christmas.  The location is outstanding, the room was extremely large and clean with a huge wonderful balcony and super views, and Roberta and her Mother were wonderful hosts.  The breakfast each morning was yummy and the homemade lemon cake a real treat.  

The only negative would be the noise.  When other guests were there it was extremely noisy due to the tile floors - and their voices! - and so just be aware of that if you need or are hoping for quiet.

Wonderful Location and Experience

Almost at the end of the one way street along the lakefront, if coming by car you have to go through the Village - request a room with views over the lake - our room had a large terrace.  Limited secure parking is available. Comfortable and clean, the wi-fi worked very well. Bathroom shower tight, but adequate - friendly service and a nice breakfast.  It is a family run B&B - not an hotel but only a 15 minute drive to Bracciano and considerably better value.
