192 reviewsWhat can I say but fabulous! The location, the scenery but what stole the show was the staff at this wonderful hotel. If any hotels would like to see how customer service should be done I recommnend you send your managers here to see it first hand. From arrival to leaving the owners went out of their way to ensure your visit was one to remember. Their recommendations for things to do, places to see and where to eat were spot on everytime. They were happy to arrange or make the calls to set up your visits and were so friendly whenever you saw them. Only breakfast and a bar is offered at the hotel but they are happy to recommend local restaurants or even arrange food delivery to the wonderful beer garden for you to enjoy. With the inclusion of free entry to the local swimming pool, free parking and free access to local bus and rail services there is very little to be worried or stressed about. I would highly recommned this hotel to bikers, hikers or families passing through. Highly recommended
