The quality of your stay will depend on how many people are in the room. They try to cram 4 people in a room. It is unsanitary and unhealthy. Bathrooms and kitchenette are clean. The service desk manager is very good however. He is attentive and makes every attempt to make the best of what could be a lot worse. He is a definite bright spot. But for the price you should not have a lot of expectation.

You get what you pay for.

Terrible place to stay. Beds are uncomfortable, rooms horrible and smells, it's underground so you don't have sun light. Toilets and showers are full of mold. Kitchen is useless, unfunctional and completely dirty, it's nearly to call local hygiene institute, sorry I don't want to be a sick and jaundice. Guy in the office doesn't speak English, he little understand, but he is mobile lover, everytime I see him on mobile but cleaning does not say anything to him. Look for other place to stay !!! price is not so much important, this is not hotel and this is not hostel. This is just ruins. Managers is scammers.

Never ever use this "hotel" in Roma

It’s a scam,Horrible place,don’t book this hostel at all.The area is bad.Toilet and bathroom is very dirty and no locker can’t lock the room door.very smelly room.the reception guy just sleep there,once you arrived he started to clean the bed
