639 reviewsTour group company booked us here for 4 nights. A really good location to walk to anywhere. Great shopping area two blocks away. Ate twice at the cucina e pizzaria restaurant in the hotel when we weren't having a group meal. Delicious and value priced. First time opted for the pizza and wine lunch special, second time had the buffet, which had some familiar and mostly local Italian options. Was a great experience to taste diiferent foods at a good price. Bar is a nice open area near the lobby and had good wine and an excellent Aperol Spritzer, plus a table with complimentary small plate items and snacks. Bartender was friendly. Room was clean though small, but ok since we were hardly there except to sleep and shower. Some of the front desk staff, and there were a lot, were a bit arrogant which made it difficult to request anything or ask questions. Number one big problem was the room heat was very high and we couldn't change it. We asked for assistance but that didn't help. To be able to sleep we had to have the window wide open to be comfortable.
