A very nice bed and breakfast in the middle of the city historic center, it is only bed and breakfast but the rooms are very comfortable and cozy. Breakfast room and single rooms are very well decorated. 
I had a problem with the dates and the owner was very helpful in solving my problem, very understanding and nice. 
Totally recomend it!

Simpathy and confort

This was perfect for 7 of us, 3 bedrooms 3 baths. Stefania was great to work with and she responded right away. Only wish for more pillows and a blanket for extra bed in triple room. We didn't cook but glad to have refrigerator and kitchen to use. Also used the washer,  but it takes a long time to wash a load and she has drying racks, no dryer so not everything was dry by morning.  It was in a good location to walk everywhere. 

Great location 

As the name suggests, this is not a hotel, you literally get room and breakfast (and a poor one at that) 
Check in is bad. You MUST arrive between 12 & 2, if you don't then the building is abandoned. No one is there at all, you are left on the street making phone calls and waiting. At check in our passports were taken, we went to our room, came out after a couple of minutes, reception was all in darkness, the lady had just left, leaving our passports sitting on the desk. 
Room was clean, but advertises a TV, there is none. No fridge or anything either, no glasses to drink from. "air conditioning" is a joke. We were told we must not touch it! So left if for the first night, the room thermometer said the room was 27 degrees C, very uncomfortable. So we turned it to its maximum, over the next 2 days & nights the coolest the room got was 24 degrees. 

Breakfast was not nice. There are no staff, all the stuff is just put out by someone who we must assume comes in at around 7:30. It's in a strange room that makes you feel as though you have broken into someone's home! You can make tea or coffee and boxes of fruit juice are left out. There is one croissant each, a bit stale on all 3 days. Warm yoghurts which were plane and like cottage cheese! 2 types of cereal, but the milk is hot, which was a bit of a shock. No access to any cold milk. 

Location was good, and the room was nice and quiet.
