This was my first time to Sardinia with my girlfriend who is half Sardinian and our child. We did a tour by car and tried to find something to sleep. An agritourismo in the village we tried was full but they recommended il portico. What a great and friendly welcome we got from Mauro, the proprietor. Nice rooms with airco and fridge, a clean and nice looking place, well maintained, good beds and a great breakfast (i still have to get used to the sweet italian breakfast, but this was really great) with a lot of selfmade bread, italian cookies, jam and great coffee. It was also really nice talking with Mauro about his Sardenia, the history of the isle, his family and life which gave me a good idea about the culture and country. Such a nice friendly and positive guy. Prices are very reasonable. It is recommended!
