The hotel is squeaky clean and the rooms are comfortable, although somehow spartan. There is no formal breakfast, but there's a small dining room with free coffee and pastries. But the best thing about the place is how close it is to the most interesting areas of the city: right off Rothschild Boulevard (full of restaurants and cafés), very close to trendy neighbourhood of Neve Tzedek and just a 15 minute stroll to the beach. There's a bus stop just in front of the building and all mayor bus and train stations are in a radius of 2 km. from the hotel. It's a perfect budget base to explore Tel Aviv.
