What was bad

Sadly, I thought the customer service was lacking. Our room did not match the picture advertised. We were very disappointed. And although the room was changed we strongly suspect it again was wrong as again nothing like the picture advertised. Reported the iron not working on our floor and waited over an hour for an iron promised but no show. Next day we found the iron repaired but was not informed. At breakfast we repeatedly had to ask for coffee each time even though a waiter was walking around with coffee. Felt there was a lack of consideration by staff. On Friday there was a change to the breakfast room but we were not informed. The two meals had in the bar area was nice however the menu could do with improvedment to add, lamb , chicken and beef. Therefore, overall a low rating by us. Sorry I would not recommend a stay here.
