Such a great place to stay! These are apartments, not serviced per se, but, you will find everything you need, from bed sheets and towels, to cups, through toilet paper, coffee, sugar, etc...
Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioned, tellies and cables, Internet, nice terrace.
25m swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym and sauna!
Close to the city centre without being in a noisy area.
Not more than 120 apartments - so pretty quite comparing to all the hotel around...
Will stay here again for sure.

This is very nice hotel, with a very big and spacious rooms. When we arrived they gave us a tour of the hotel and we also received a complimentary bootle of white wine. They also have a free garage for parking.

Nice residence near the center and the seashore. The appartment was great, modern and well decorated, with a big terrace in front of the pool. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and cookies, and coffee, tea, milk in the cupboards (also Nespresso machine). In the residence: sauna, gym, jaccuzi.

This is an apartment place where you can get well equipped apartment with all the facilities. You get underground parkering plats to your car with elevator. You have complete privacy och this place sitter 5 minut walking to the nearest mall. We enjoyed very much and will be happy to have this place with our next visit.

Perfect for family that want privacy

As I'm writing this review I'm unfortunately still sitting in my horrid, filthy suite at La Palmora (it's 3:00 am and I can't sleep because of the dust and the filth).

Since my wife and I are travelling with a pet (a tiny yorkie) we couldn't just take our bags in the middle of the night and move to any other hotel hoping they'll take us, but if we could we would, and we plan to start calling around bright and early.

Let's start with the most important fact to know about this place, the fact that had I known, I never would have considered booking here. This is NOT a hotel, a motel, and inn or any other form of establishment. It's an apartment complex with some shared facilities and amenities, and some of the owners of these apartments rent them out.

That's right, when you're booking a suite here, you're rolling the dice. You might as well look up Eilat on AirBNB and then just pick out an apartment at random. The reviews you're reading here may or may not pertain to the same apartment owner you'll be renting from (and I'm pretty sure that none pertain to the people we're renting from right now - Yuval and Ilan). These guys misrepresented themselves as a hotel (I called asking "Is this the La Palmora?", was answered with a "Yes" and went from there) and never bothered explaining the above, which I later learned from one of the grounds employees.

Therefore, from suite to suite, the amenities will vary wildly, as will the cleanliness, the condition of the furniture and what not.

The apartment complex itself is beautiful, with a very handsome swimming pool, a well equipped gym, and a nice looking lobby. Don't let that fool you however, since the people who are maintaining and servicing those have nothing to do with those who are managing the suites.

The suite itself is well equipped, spacious and seems to have been decorated (or built) not too long ago. However, look a little more closely and you'll realize that everything is run down, dirty, stained, smelly, broken, torn and just downright disgusting.

A few examples: the dishes in the cupboard were so dirty they were stuck to the cupboard floor (we had to pry them out); the linen have several types of stains and the pillowcases are partially torn; the sofa pillows have some very large brown and yellow stains on them; the towels are clearly old and quite rough; none of these linen or towels smell of detergent or softener (quite the contrary); the shower smells of urine; the switch between the fixed shower nozzle and the hose nozzle is broken (you can only use the fixed one) and so forth.

My plan for the morning: find another place, check it our personally to verify it's not another "La Palmora", then move over, then worry about whether or not I can recover the money I paid to these guys (all in advance, silly me).

Just stay away.
