This is not a hotel. It is basically an unhosted Air B & B type place. Once you get there you have to call and talk to one of the owners and retrieve the keys from the wall safe. If you arrive at night you need to have your own flashlight since it is pitch dark there and you won't be able to see the phone numbers. There was an outside light but the bulb had burned out when we were there. The property itself is charming and the room is nice but it is in the old part of Beersheva which is a bit seedy. I'm sure it will be hip someday but not right now. We had trouble getting a cab there. There was one good restaurant, but I would recommend this place only if you have a car-maybe Ok for Israelis or those traveling by car but not for regular tourists. We booked 2 nights but only stayed one and headed for the Leonardo-Negev in the center of Beersheva.  Also the gate and the door to the room are not self locking. They are deadbolts which mean they must be locked from the inside with a key. This is very dangerous. One needs to be able to get out quickly in case of emergencies. The owners need to take the padlock off their wallets and replace the locks.

No Hospitality

Probably the only good place to stay in Beer Sheva, we arrived the night before our wedding to room 1, got ready there the next morning and took beautiful pictures in the courtyard. Boaz was very friendly and helped us a lot. room was spacious and had good facilities. lovely area, had dinner in the "capara" tapas bar which was 5 min walk and great vibes!

Only a few steps from the Old City; a very convenient location. This is not an ordinary apartment. Very charming, tastefully decorated and spacious. – Lovely protected outdoor area to relax. – Not cheap but we can recommend this pretty place.

you will feel right at home; very charming

tastefully restored,but spoilt by terrible mattresses,,room 2 large room,noisy because on the roadside and music blaring till 4 in morning also bench outside window on main road,people sitting talking ,smoking .so we moved to room 3 ,a lot better room ,as far as noise was concerned ,but alas, again spoilt by terribly uncomfortable cheap mattress,seems this is problem in all rooms,would suggest the owners invest in decent mattresses and soon these are well past their time,when we know this is done we would certainly stay again

quaint and quirky

When you walk in you think great but sadly on closer inspection it was not very clean with food crumbs and dust very visible and the air con was really not very effective.  The bed is high up on a mezzanine where the air con didnt seem to reach so it was too hot to sleep.  Its a shame as the room has real potential and there are lots of nice touches like spa slippers and robes etc. 

With a proper clean and more effective air on it could easily be a 5 

We liked the easy access with a code sent for a keybox before our arrival - very helpful when artiving very late.
