The Owner Kay was wonderful, we some how got our selves lost, but we rang the house, and Kay directed us to Riverside House, the room was lovely, the house does not have a bar or restaurant, but there our plenty of others a short drive away, breakfast was cooked to order, and was delicious. A lovely quite place to stay, with free parking.

My husband, sister and I stayed at Sean and Kay's place just last week. We felt so at home and so loved the setting.
We came to Tipperary for our first time to find out about our grandfather's birthplace and were able to find out a lot  of info with Kay's help as well as one of her frequent guests, Jim ?  Anyways, Kay's place felt just like home and she and Sean went out of their way to make us feel so comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and everything met our needs. I so want to come back again very soon!

Beautiful clean, comfortable and spacious room, lovely host and wonderful breakfast. Probably the best accommodation of our 2 weeks traveling around Ireland. Great, quiet location on the outskirts of Tipperary, just a short walk into town (although we chose to drive due to inclement weather). Excellent value including free on-site parking. Kay was happy to direct us to a local eatery and recommend a scenic route via the Glen of Aherlow towards our next destination. Loved it!

Kay's time with us and attention to detail were awesome.  Felt like visiting with a long last aunt. Recommended a local eaterie which was fantastic.  Made time to make sure we had directions for local things in town as well as when we moved on in morning.

Kay and Sean are the perfect hosts! Their home is clean and comfortable. Our room this trip was beautiful and spacious. The breakfast was amazing- we have stayed here many times and my Dad looks forward to the breakfast for a month before we go! It is a short walk into town which makes it easy to grab a bite for dinner and not have to take the car. I am a runner and there is an excellent loop from their house which includes sidewalks so I didn't feel I was going to get run over on narrow roads! We can't thank Riverside House enough for many fabulous stays!
