Abbey View B&B

Attention to detail is everywhere at Abbeyview B&B. From the homemade biscuits in every room to the perfectly made beds (world class hospital corners!) and the fresh home-made waffles for breakfast, this place is an absolute gem. Siobhan was responsive when we booked, attentive when we arrived and a wonderful breakfast host. Breakfast was what took our stay to a whole new level. Homemade scones, brown bread and granola bars, fresh fruit, every cereal under the sun….and all of that before our perfect, freshly cooked, breakfasts arrived. The scrambled egg and bacon was great, the full Irish was magnificent but the waffles with bacon and maple syrup were off the scale! Who makes their own waffles?!? Well…Siobhan does! The value for money, the quality and the hospitality here is a perfect example of why a good B&B is so hard to get right but so hard to beat when you find one. Thanks for a fabulous stay Siobhan!
