Very close to central Galway. Handy for walking to sea. Also a few good pubs nearby. We only had to stagger a few yards from pub dubh or something similar. Really liked Galway and I was having a night on the town would go here again.

Great location, clean but basic

I stayed here with my family for the second time recently . 
The property is described as a Superior Apartments but it’s actually one of five houses on Munster Avenue , just around the corner from Dominick St Apartments. 
The location is excellent , just away from the noisy streets of central Galway, on a quiet street with off -street parking. 
The house consists of a kitchen -living-room, two bedrooms and one bathroom . There is a TV , washer-dryer, usual kitchen appliances . 
However , on this visit , the house could do with a more thorough cleaning and some items need replacing, for example one of the sofas is quite dirty . More attention-to-detail is certainly required . 



Superior Apartment , Munster Avenue. 

We had to climb up 2 flights of outdoor stairs to the apartment, carrying our suitcases. There were 4 adults in our apartment and they only provided one 2 seater sofa and one other "armchair" which was broken. We complained for 4 days and they said they didn't have any spares. I had to get really angry and then they found one in another apartment, which had obviously seen better days and was dirty. They couldn't sort out the problem of us having no hot water in the mornings, despite numerous complaints. In the end we managed to find a way around the timer clock to get the water heated, but we had to fiddle with it every day. This apartment was advertised with WiFi throughout and it never worked during the 10 days we were there. The kitchen was badly furnished with saucepans and utensils so cooking was not easy. The beds were at least comfortable and we were out most of the day so we coped but we found the management hopeless and didn't put themselves out to help sort out the various problems. It is a shame because they could make more of this place and its location is very good. It is easy to walk into the town centre and there was a lot going on as we were there during the International Festival.

Didn't live up to expectations based on advertisement

The bed was spacious and clean. The carpet in all the rooms however could do with being upholstered, or hoovered at the minimum. Shelves also needed a good dusting.
This was advertised as an apartment but when we arrived it was a house, this wasn't a problem, but should be made clear to guests.
There was parking right outside the house however there were signs everywhere for "no parking", and that "clamping was in operation", it was a shame to not have the use of this onsite parking.
No hairdryer, or hand-soap provided.

Great location, needs a clean

We booked to stay for 3 nights,we where put in the house 33 just down the road.it was shockingly bad,dirty and smelly as my pictures show.even the rings on the job where rusted. When I came back I went to complain and the guy offered me another apartment just beside the office,number 12. When I told him I couldn't stay in it he agreed to refund me but would take the 1 night price as it was to late for him to readvertise and send a cleaner round..the cleaners are all young lads that seem to be from turkey that just mop the floor.the alleyway in the pictures is the entrance to apartment 12,it has rubbish and vomit in it.

Whoa shocking

amazing location and well equipped with a washing machine was nice touch. Fire alarm going off at 4am for about 20 mins was less fun.

The gentleman at the front was sociable and helpful at check in. The apartment was Clean. Downside, one towel. Even being by myself I appreciate having the option of needed to have an extra towel without having to ask for it. Also club across the way goes until 3:30 with loud music. Then no security so other guests can be as loud as they want with out repercussions. They were yelling and breaking bottle until 4:30am. Did not get very much sleep.

Comfy beds, lots of space, near the Latin quarter. Only  issue is that the WiFi only worked in the courtyard, not in the apartment. Notified the office after check in but it wasn't fixed during our 3 day stay. Upon checkout, we found out that the issue wasn't logged.

Stayed here for 1 might with a friend as we had a function in a local bar. We had to pay €200 deposit on top of the apartment rate. There was a loud all -night/morning party in the apartment  lock, we got no sleep. Would not stay here again.

Party place!

Great spot ideal for safe and secure. Good location 3 min walk to Spanish arch and bars and restaurants..
