Im so happy with my stay in this lovely place. The location its very helpful, I arrived from México and I am feeling safe since I received a warm welcome from Maximiliano. He is an excepcional staff member because besides from his perfect professionalism, he listened my daily anecdoctes, he made me feel at home, he genually cares. I hope this review can be taken in consideration from the Hostel or his direct Manager as he must be recognized. My first three days were very difficult, money and personal issues came across unexpectivelly and he was very thoughtful and patient with me. He is from Argentina but his languages skills are remarkable. I am going to continue staying for another week as I need to find a long term studio to live in Dublin but I would definitely invite my friends to spend at least a night in the bar with all the bunch of activities this place offers as well. And believe me, I rarely take my time to leave a comment, but since minute one I loved the personalized treatment and positive service this kind person delivered. Not forgetting the beautiful woman, I think she Petronela from Romania, she is awesome! She is fast at cleaning the rooms but she is a great human being because she pays attention to my belongings and she took care of my comfortness. With the rest of the staff, thank you for making me feel safe and spoiled me with free drinks and phone chargers adaptors ahaha. I can not be more grateful for choosing Jacobs inn to be my first stop in my new life stage.
