We loved staying here, the people were so friendly and accommodating! They asked us on the first morning what my three year old normally ate for breakfast, the following morning my daughter's favourite cereal was waiting for her! They gave us all the information we needed about the public bus, with the stop just outside! Both Mary and Tara were fantastic with my daughter and made us all feel very welcome. On the Thursday and Friday there was a bus strike, but Tara very kindly drove us into town each morning. They really went above and beyond to help us. The room was perfect for us three, the en suite was a good size, some things could do with updating, but with the service we received, that really isn't a big deal. I can't say enough positive things about this bed and breakfast! I would thoroughly recommend staying here if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre! Thank you so much for all you did!

Some of the nicest people I have met!

Stayed at Cashel Lodge for two nights for a quick visit to Dublin before heading back to the states. Not real close to the city but was chosen for the quick access to the airport on our departure day. Mary was very helpful in giving us the bus routes and the bus stopped right in front of the place. We're walkers so it was easy for us to catch a different bus to the airport about a 20 minute walk away. And easy to walk to the only restaurant close by for dinner the evening we arrived. Again about 30 minutes away. Worked out great for us.

Quick visit to Dublin

I stayed in Cashel Lodge with my boyfriend, everything was perfect from the very beginning. Mary is very nice and willing to help you with anything you need. The rooms are clean, cozy and comfortable. The wi-fi is free of charge and works very well. Breakfast is scrumptious, you have choice of fresh fruit, müsli, yogurts etc. and Mary prepares great hot Irish breakfasts as well! The location is very good, the bus stop is right in front of the house and you can reach the city center in 15 min. Overall  impression was very good and I would definitely go back again!

Amazing stay

This B&B is very nice. Our room was smallish but comfortable. However, the bathroom was miniscule. The breakfast was absolutely perfect and Mary even left us some yogurt in a little fridge when we had to leave very early for a tour. It is a little outside of downtown Dublin but there is a bus stop right outside the door. The bus system is Dublin is very easy to figure out and fairly inexpensive.

Very nice B&B

Lovely home and room. The only thing that annoyed me was that the owner appeared a bit rude. When I checked in she told me that we could come down for breakfast at anytime we wanted, which we did and she told us that we were too late and there was no food for us.
