Segara Village Hotel

Stayed 8 nights.  Reception staff very very welcoming, informative and helpful. The large open air reception  area, was lovely and offered water and cold towels at check in. A porter helped with luggage. Free good WiFi. Lots of free extra treats. Free bottled water in room and at request. Staff response to any requests very quick, and helpful. 2 free welcome drinks. Breakfast ample, 630-10am with good selection of eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, danish, cossants, waffles, pancakes, pastries, apples, banana, melon, oranges, yoghart, cereal, juice and coffee. Also free afternoon  tea from 3pm was nice treat, which offers tea, coffee, and dainty cakes. Staff exceptional. Grounds are stunning and beautifully lit up on an evening. It is very well maintained and clean. Removing leaves and washing loungers. Towels replenished when wet. There are 2 large  pools, a child's pool, and a jacuzzi bar pool. An ice plunge and spa. There is a Private beach with great restaurant and in a beautiful setting. Room was large and spacious. Very clean and equipped with fridge and coffee making. TV. 2 comfortable clean bed clean. Bathroom is ensuite and shower clean with toiletries. Plenty of wardrobe space and draws. Numerous sockets and safe. Robes slippers and large bag provided free. A patio and comfortable sofa and table outside the room. On beach front in an ideal position very close to Numerous restaurants and only few minutes walk to fantastic icon mall. Very safe area and very pleasant  both during day and on evening. Very impressed with resort, hotel, facilities and surrounding area. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.
