Few days back we have stayed in this hotel for a marriage with our family members  
it was good hotel and service is good.
Nice to place stay with families in this hotel. 
Breakfast was good.
All over Excellent. Value for Money

we stayed here in deluxe room for 3 days with my friends.The rooms are clean ,spacious and have all the amenities.They also have generator backup which came in very handy when electricity went off.Staff was very friendly.Overall it was very good stay.

Stayed at Palm Tree for a couple of days in January. Staff was friendly throughout. Major advantage was the hotel's location, it is very convenient to travel from and close to many restaurants. The hotel food service was also spot on. Will come again.

Nice affordable hotel

We stayed here for two days. The sheets were very dirty and we had to shift the room. There is no proper reception and some time some one will be available. or you have to call them. Nothing seems to be working. We have to spend a day with out water and were suggested to use the hot water as it was still working. Imagine using hot water for everything in Chennai Summer heat. Over all the stay was very uncomfortable. will not recommend this to any one. Avoid this at all counts

Avoid at all costs.. very poorly maintained.. Not worth the money

My title will tell all story. Simply Horrible. OYO is big cheater when they sell this hotel on their website. It all starts from reception. I was there for 2 days. Anytime you approach the reception, you will find no one & had to wait up to 10 minutes before someone comes up. Room allotted to me on 2nd floor. No drinking water (forget about bottled water, no filtered water also available in hotel. No TV working. Fan either completely stop or run on full speed. No morning tea, breakfast. Bathroom door does not fit completely. Even after repeated complaints, no TV working. No hangers in cupboard in room. Bed is also terrible & I did not have a sound sleep for 2 nights. Room is super squizzed size & they claim it is 2X room. God knows what is 1X then. I will give minus 100 marks to this property. You will feel that you are in a single hotel in entire village 500 kms inside a deep forest & no other choice is available. The only thing which was working it the hotel was WiFi.

Request to Tripadvisor to have Negative rating system as well

I booked one day through Makemytrip. Paid full amount to MMT online. I called Hotel to confirm 2 days before my stay. Hotel Manager confirmed my booking and said room will be ready at time of checkin. On the day of checkin Manager refused to give me room saying I have to pay money to the hotel directly. Calling OYO and MMT was not helpful. After 3 hours of struggling I booked another hotel with my money. How can they demand money when I have already paid for it. I will never book OYO again in my life. Wh the hotel Manger say about paying money to them directly when I called. Terrible fellows. Because in India they can do all sorts of nonsense and you cannot do anything. I was on the road for 3 hours in the night in spite of paying the money already. MMT, OYO or this hotel did not care for my stay and I had to book another hotel paying again. Yet to receive refund from MMT.

Horrible place. Bigtime Cheating

Not worth the price, over priced rooms. there are better places around anna nagar with a much better service at than this. pls dont waste your money. Free breakfast is pathetic and no proper service at night.
