Great place to stay with all amenities close by. Helpfull staff. Everything overall was covered well. All necessary supplies were provided. Located in the central most area of Mussoorie. Had a good time.

Amazing place

It was a great trip.. Best thing..  this hotel gives you pick up facility.. Hotel has great location.. I should say Heart of mall Road... Rooms are very good.. Best part is every room has sofa cum bed so that a family can easily stay. . Facilities are very good.. Workers are very cooperative.. Always ready to serve you.. Food is awesome... Fresh omelette is mouth watering.. Parking facility is really good... In total, this hotel gives you a warmth..

MESMERISING

I am myself a travel agent and was there from 18th to 20th Feb. Inspite of reminder the room was not ready. No Kettle, No toiletry,No towels.  Room had seepage , Washroom jet spray was falling from the stand. I had to remind in the morning to switch on the heating system for bathing.
Room service was good with limited options. Gaurav at reception and Subhash the guard were very good


Rooms not as per TREEBO

Dear sir/ma'am I would rate the room as 3/5; services provided as 2/5 and hotel reciption staff as 3/5. My stay was ok-ok. The room were not that good as shown in pictures but it was ok. I won't say it's very good as room was very congested, the staff were not coprative, and the facilities in the room was worst. Even once too I was locked it it's bathroom then it's keys got stuck in the door. But I hope you guys will try and get it done up to the mark as soon as possible.

Baba Aadam ke zmane ka hotel with no view , dirty windows,small rooms, dirty wash room , old furniture,,not recommended for family, only plus point is situated on mall road and parking space for your car . Food we did not have so no idea
