Last day we were agreed to shift to pagaar pani home stay as discussed with Anand Maheshwari.. But he never told me that will have to check out at 12. When we came back from sightseeing my wife found our luggage was in reception... I already informed Anand that we are going to pagaar pani at 4 pm... Ladies under garments were there in the bathroom that also his staff packed in the bag. How shameful. Some under garments were missing. Ridiculous.... Hopeless service. Anand is very rude and arrogant.. Very unprofessional... Never recommend kachnar infuture.

Hopeless hotel management

This is good type of hotel in panchmani after long travel via bus or train you will take good time to spend in this hotel.This hotel provide you good accommodation and usually healthy food with right nominal rate .

Good hotel

We stayed there for 2 days with family and friends. It was a pleasant outing with tasty food. The hotel had a collection of vehicles and they made it sure they we reach out to the picturesque locations of Pachmari. I would recommend this hotel for any one visiting Pachmari.

Nice Stay

Staff is very good.
Other amenities are average, including basic amenities like hot water...etc.
It is advised to check the booking and confirm twice before leaving...
Breakfast is good... need further improvement. My date of visit is from 26th  to 28.01.2019

Small cool break..!! 

2 of us visited this place. My advice is to stay at this hotel the food is authentic cuisine the taste of Pachmarhi. Also they have all the facilities they guide you very well. The staff their driver all were really great. The owners are really good they personal come to you and ask if any help needed. Took care of everything.

Location - centre of market. Everything was nearby . 
CHECK-IN - SMOOTH no hessle at all.
Rooms - decent room not luxurious .
203 is best room with full pachmarhi view.
Cleanliness - clean room and hotel.
Basic amenities were present.
Service - Best part was service. Everyone cares about you. Owner to waiter.
Helped in each and every thing.
Food - excellent good veg  food.
Non veg not available.
Got great deal with Make my trip.

Best place to stay in pachmarhi.

We stayed in hotel Kachnar from 18th to 20th March 2017. It's conveniently located in the main market(Arvind marg) of Pachmarhi. It's a small but well managed hotel. Reception was on ground floor, first floor was restaurant and rooms were from 2nd floor to 4th floor. Ours was AC super deluxe room no. 301 on 4th floor. Room was spacious, neat and clean with all modern amenities. But for hot water we'd to call reception because the main switch of geyser was there. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and contained assorted dishes. Food was included in our package and was exceptionally tasty. Hotel staff were well mannered and co-operative. As there was no lift in the hotel, so after sightseeing it was very tiresome to go up and down by stairs.

Owner Mr Anand was always there to help guests and arrange & customize their tour. Overall, our stay was comfortable and pleasant.
