Rooms  are very small not even a place to keep dustbin. No Geyser working in the toilet .they do not change bedsheets regularly. Plates were not hygienic.Drinking water was not provided in the room.

Though it is farthest in terms of distance from ST bus stand but i.e only 700 metre by walk.
Hotel is good but rooms(classic) are small and lack infrastructure.
TV is also useless as DTH is not recharged.

Can be stayed at low price.

I would like to narrate my experience  that I had with this hotel . Firstly they kept us waiting for over 30 mins stating they had not yet received  the booking details from OYO. My 5 year old child , my 83 year old grand mother & my mother had to wait in the car  . Finally , after spending over 30 mins, chatting on the phone,   the manager decided to show us the room. The rooms were in very bad condition. It was difficult to say which was more dirty , the walls or the bed linen. Anyway , while the manager was showing us the room , I happened to stand next to the window & boom ! Suddenly the hook holding the curtain rod  broke & the rod fell on my head . Now the most classic part ! Instead of apologizing , the manager said “ its just a light rod; its not that the roof has fallen “ ! . A METAL curtain rod , with the curtain still attached to it fell on my head & the Manger said it was LIGHT ! And to top it with the statement “ koi chatt to nahin toota ( at least the roof did not fall ) . And when I asked him instead of apologizing, how could he talk like that , he refused to give us our rightfully  pre- booked rooms with the full amount  paid. He simply told us, that  as  the curtain rod had already fallen on my head , he was not willing to give us rooms as he was not willing to take any risk & he did not want to be held responsible if any other untoward incident happened in his hotel . Instead of being apologetic , he misbehaved with us. We told him that it was already past 6 pm &  where we would go trying to find another hotel in such short notice , with  my 5 year old child & an 83- year old grand mother  & requested the manager to give whatever room was available. But he was adamant , rude & misbehaved & finally never gave us rooms ! OYO has tie- ups with such hotels !

The worst hotel ever ! Owner is a liar & fraud !

It is a 3 star hotel of Mahabaleshwar. It's features they have a terrice and mountain view , with all basic amenities. It's all under affordable bugdet. The parking facility and the restaurant is good. The plus point is that it's very near to the market. Hotel owner is so polite.

Please think twice before booking this place. The booking amount for me was 2.4k. From the first call to confirm the booking and enquire about the location did not go well. The hotel manager was rather sarcastic for not knowing his hotel location!!. The location was too confusing and was not captured correctly on Google maps. It is at back side of a gully. Too narrow access through stuffed roads which was smelly and dirty. The entrance to the hotel itself is near a public toilet and open sewer. 

The rooms were too small and claustrophobic. From the previous reviews and photographs, it is evident that they have changed the layout of the rooms and made them smaller. Rooms were physically divided into half to accommodate more rooms. The room (201) that we got was partitioned as  210-A and  201-B. They are cheating the customers. I think OYO persons are also fooled. The rooms were smelly, bed linens stained, no tables or teapoy, no glasses to drink. 

Only positive aspect was they have ample space to park our vehicles.

A rather poor choice for an upscale pricing

Location of the hotel was not so good tho it was just few meters away from market area.Rooms were ok.but the blankets provided were stinking.staff was polite but no proper service was provided as there were no facilities in the hotel.

When I reached there dat hotel employee was talking wid me in rudely manner 
He was telling me that rooms are not avilable
