I found this hotel online and booked it basis my requirements. It is a very decent hotel...staff is courteous...owner (Sardar Ji) is very polite and actively looks into day to day things himself. Location is good, on the mall road with a really nice view of Naini lake. rates are decent. Breakfast is not complimentary but it you can have it from their own restaurant which is at ground floor of the hotel...food is really good and you can find variety on the menu...really good experience and highly recommended one!

This was my 4th visit and I finally found my favourite hotel in Nainital. The location is perfect. It faces the Naini Lake, its on the mall road area where most prominent shops are there, its walking distance for Naini Devi temple and bhotia market area, and walking distance from the zoo shuttle pickup zone. The staff are very polite and helpful. I stayed in lake facing rooms. They are really amazing and adequately designed with modern amenities. The rooms are well lit with natural light. They have good space and can accommodate 2+1. The room service is very prompt and the hotel has no problem with you bringing food from outside. I was there with friends and we cherished every moment of our stay and created wonderful memories. 

The only place I will every stay in Nainital. 

We had stayed here few years back as well and so due to that experience booked it again. Everything is within walking distance boathouse, Naina Devi temple, bada bazar, Tibetan market ropeway and best part it is on mall road . Rooms r neat and comfortable as we stayed in super deluxe. Food is good and staff very humble. We enjoyed staying there.

Excellent stay

The lake-view rooms are very nice. Cleanliness is up to the mark. The staff is very cooperative. Noise level might bother you sometimes due to its location on the Mall road.
The food they serve at the restaurant is awesome. 
You will hardly have any regrets staying here.

Awesome view from lake facing rooms. Clean and quiet, renovated rooms with pleasing aesthetics. Hotel food from its' completely vegetarian restaurant makes for an excellent stay. This is on the other inner end of mall road so makes it easier to go on walk and access market. It has a small entry but hotel doesn't feel dull inside.

The hotel is amazing. Location of the hotel is just at Mall road beside the Naini Lake. The room was spacious, well decorated. They provide room heater for winter season. They have a veg restaurant. Food quality is really good. 
Most importantly they have an excellent group of staffs, all of them are very helpful and promt in action. 
Overall it is an outstanding stay.

Very Clean hotel on the other side of lake. value for money, it is on the mall road   2 rooms are lake facing and hence a good view, also staff is very responsive and in the reception there is a common tip box.

My Overall experience is very good. The Location is exceptional, on Mall Road Itself. The Pure Veg restaurant is very good & The service staff are highly responsive staff. The only drawback is vehicle parking.

Very Nice Location & good staff

Good and prompt check-in experience. Staff behavior is polite. Room service is quick and serves delicious food. No parking area, have to park in common parking at a distance from the hotel. Location is right in front of the lake on Mall Road. Room interiors are not impressive.
